Eligibility Criteria In Different Courses of Pakistan Army
- PMA Long Course:
If you have passed intermediate or equivalent and 17-22 years old then you are eligible.
If you are graduates with two years graduation program and serving Pak Navy / Pakistan Air Force Personnel and 17-23 years old then you are eligible. Note: Relaxation for 3 months both in Lower and Upper age limit.
If you are graduates with four year graduation program in following subjects (BA (Hons), BBA / BS) and 17-24 years old then you can apply.
If you are serving army soldiers and your age between 17-25 years then you can also apply.
Only Male Candidates Can Apply.
Unmarried candidates can apply
Those who are serving personnel of the Armed Forces over 20 years of age and married can also apply.
Having a citizenship of Pakistan and domicile holders of Giligat Baltistan / Azad Kashmir. If candidate gets selected in final process then dual nationality to renunciation nationalities except Pakistan.
Marks – FA / FSC
In Intermediate and equivalent minimum 60% marks are required to apply.
If candidates have secured 60% or more in BBA / BPA, BA / BSC (Hons) and BA / BSC, with 50% marks in FA / FSC are qualified for PMA Long Course.
Relaxation of Marks – FA / FSC
There is relaxation of marks for FA / FSC passed candidates and having minimum 55% marks from specified areas with domicile. Area that are included are following:

- District Neelum Azad Jammu Kashmir, District Kohistan, Chitral, Dir

Verification of Marks Sheet and Certificates
Those candidates who have not possession of duplicate certificates and mark sheets of BA / BSc, Intermediate or Matric are required to get a Verification Certificate signed by their Boards’ Controller.

Answer: The new selected candidates will be commission in SSRC to serve for a fixed pd for five years. But, he/she can then be converted into permanent regular commission once he/she completes five years of service.
